②System for forming after cutting off
- Adopting rolling forming then cut the sheet. No waste here, Cutting
knife is made of the Cr12 after quenching.
- Using combined frame type to cut the machine frame. The
characteristics is good maintainability and easy to adjust.
- Hydraulic stations offer the cutting power.
- Material of rollers:45# steel,roller surfaces polishing, hard
plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the
molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy
to be marked when it is being stamped.
- Cut-off tool: Use of high strength wear thicker type mold, it is
advantageous to avoid cutting off at deformation.
