  • Roll forming system consists of machine frame, drive disk assembly and cold bending rollers, ect.
  • The machine Section production and then splicing it
  • Cr12 Heat Treatment,roller surfaces polishing, hard plating .
  • Support structure in the form of roller shaft.
  • All motors use dedicated motor, has excellent mechanical properties.

②System for forming after cutting off


  • Adopting rolling forming then cut the sheet. No waste here, Cutting knife is made of the Cr12 after quenching.
  • Using combined frame type to cut the machine frame. The characteristics is good maintainability and easy to adjust.

③Structural features


  • Material of rollers:45# steel,roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.
